This lovely half filipinia, half polish model has graced the cover of not only female fitness magazines, but muscle and fitness mags like Flex several times.
And the beautiful five foot, ten inch, one hundred and fifty pound fitness beauty keeps adding to her list of female fitness competitions...

She was born on October 31, 1983 in Nova Scotia, Canada.
Cindy is currently studying criminology at Saint Mary's University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Allison Frahn Female Fitness

She definitely has a ripped lean look, and if you go to her website and check out her bio, you'll see that this young woman overcame a tremendous obstacle to get to where she is today.
It's a very inspiring story.
Besides doing figure competitions and being a fitness model, she has a BA in Communication from the University of Delaware.
